Confidentiality & Security
When you provide your personal information to us, only authorized Yu Cheung staff and Third Party Service Providers appointed by CSG, have access right to retrieve these information for carrying out their job duties and they must comply with a set of strict guidelines on how to use these Personal Data.
We would encrypt your personal information before it is transmitted to us. In a bid to protect customers' data, all credit card authentication and payment authorization are handled directly by relevant banks. Yu Cheung will have no record of such data. Always remember to sign out of your account and close your browser window upon the end of each transaction. Our forced logout mechanism, where applicable, will ensure no one can access your personal information and correspondence. If you use credit cards / Payme for payment, all requested data will be securely encrypted and transmitted directly to the credit-processing bank for payment authorization.
Since no system is impenetrable and no information provided over the Internet is completely secure, therefore we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us or receive from us over the Internet.

Subject to, or where otherwise required by law or permitted by law to protect our interests, we will:
