As it's named, "Higure" stands for "evening" in Japanese, and "Kagawa" has a meaning of unlimited flow of fragrance from Japanese delicacy. Our team is here to bring you the modern yet cozy lifestyle, and we hope you will stay away from the hustle and bustle of city life and find a comfortable living space at Higure Kagawa to relax and enjoy the real taste of Japanese food!

In addition to providing delicious food to our guests, Higure Kagawa also contributes to the community in different ways. As part of the society, we all have the responsibility to create a harmonious environment for one another. Apart from the people we are getting along with, our furry friends are indeed a small part of our community as well, thus Higure Kagawa will cooperate with different animal rescue organizations on charity donation, just like the “Walk with the Strays” campaign. Founder Mr. Ambrose Kong is a kind-hearted cat lover, and he always shows love and care to his seven furry friends. They also become his good companions in his life, no matter in good times or bad times. Therefore, these seven adorable kitties form the Higure Family and assist with the daily business of Higure Kagawa. Each and every one of them has a special character and carries a different role in the Higure Family, and you might have heard about Sesame from the television program earlier.
