Return Policy 

Yu Cheung (Hong Kong) Company Limited (hereinafter refer to as “Yu Cheung”, “We” or “the Company”)

Exchange for Defective Items 

Unless otherwise specified, no return or exchange of merchandise will be accepted.Please read the returns or exchanges policy carefully before you place an order. 

Upon our acceptance or otherwise specified, please contact us and merchandise may be returned or exchanged within three (3) days of receipt if the merchandise you ordered are faulty, defective or damaged (with no fault on your part), or the merchandise are not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity. Please provide your name with contact number, your order number, the product name of the defective item and the reason for exchange and photos of merchandise for our easy follow up. 

The return and exchange of goods must be arranged once only. Please follow the instructions of our exchange and return  process in above, otherwise we may reject your request. We reserve the rights of final decision of exchange and return.You agree and accept that merchandise acceptable for exchange is subject to stock availability.

Terms and Conditions for Return and Exchange 

  • No refund shall be made for pre-order items. 

  • Photos are for reference only, and the actual product shall prevail. Customers can't return the product(s) if they don't meet their personal preferences or the quality is not satisfactory. 

  • No refund application will be accepted if the shipment is delayed due to the supplier's shipping date / delivery date.

  • All goods are non-refundable. 

  • Due to hygiene concern, no refund shall be made for opened or used item(s). 

  • Please ensure that the product(s) and their packages are complete for return and exchange. Products damaged by human factors will not be accepted. 

  • Only one exchange service is provided for each order. If after receiving the goods, customers find that there are quality problems or defective product(s), they must first inform our customer service staff to carry out relevant return procedures. It can be returned to our store after confirmation. 

  • Please ensure that the recipient's name, phone number and address in the order are correct. If the wrong information is provided, resulting in the delay in picking up the product(s) and the cost of theft by a third party, the customer shall be responsible for it.

Returns Will NOT be accepted for the following cases: 

  • More than three days from the date of receipt of the product(s). 

  • Goods have been unpacked for use, or damaged due to human factors, such as fouling, failure, damage, abrasion, scratch, and dirt. 

  • Slight damage to the outer packaging which does not affect the quality of the product itself. 

  • The packaging of returned product(s) is damaged or incomplete and the accessories are irregular.

  • Malicious or mass returns.

  • For those who have requested for return and exchange due to personal interest, customers will not be eligible for making the same request in case he / she orders the same item.

Returns Process 

1. If you need to return your item, please contact our customer service team by WhatsApp or telephone call within 3 days from the date of receipt. 

2. Our customer service team will review your case internally, and you will be notified if the application is successful. 

3. Once the application is successful, the customer must return the new and unused item with the original packaging by courier (which the shipping cost will be paid by the customer), or return the item to the redemption location directly. 

4. After the returned goods have been received, our customer service team will resend the new item as soon as possible.
